BOOKING POLICY

CUSTOMER CARE

1. Booking Policy

  • Advance Booking: All services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Online Booking System: Customers can book services through our online portal, via phone, or in person.

  • Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email or text message within 3 hours of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Notice Period: Customers must provide at least 6 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee $25.

  • No-Show Policy: Customers who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged $30 penalty fee.

3. Payment Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: Note deposit requirements in service information.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, PayPal, and online payments.

  • Full Payment: Full payment is due at the time of service.

4. Service Guarantee

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily in cases of service failure or unsatisfactory results.

  • Arrival Time: Customers should adhere to any pre service requirements such as video calls, photos or other requested information.

  • Preparation: Ensure that the area where the service will be performed is accessible and ready.

  • Health and Safety: Inform us of any allergies or sensitivities to plants or soil beforehand.

6. Service-Specific Policies

  • Consultations: Free initial consultations are available for new customers. Subsequent consultations may incur a fee.

  • Workshops and Classes: Advance booking is required. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the class/workshop will not be refunded.

  • Plant Care Services: Customers must provide details about the plants to be serviced, including type, size, and specific care instructions.
