COLLECTIONS POLICY
Hey plant friend! Now that you have made a purchase from our collection, we are excited to share your new gem with you. Plant collection days are twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 4pm at Sans Souci, Castries. Plants that are paid for online, will be held at the pick up location, for a maximum of two weeks. Should you require us to hold your plant for a longer period, please contact us for further information. For plants not collected, 80% of the purchase price will be refund. Plant friend, we're sorry, but you will also be responsible for any transaction fees for the refund.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Greenhouse Plant Cafe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your plant purchase upon collection, please indicate your desire to initiate a return or exchange. Please ensure that you collect your plant purchase within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
We do not accept returns on live plants that have been replanted or damaged due to improper care.
