What happens after I purchase my plant?First of all, if you have purchased a plant, thank you for your support, we appreciate you! If you have not, we look forward to you selecting your garden gems. When you purchase a plant online, your receipt will automatically be generated and sent to your inbox. It will include all the details of your purchase and instructions for picking up your plant. Plant collection is available twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays in Sans Souci Castries, from 9am to 4pm.

Where can I pick up my plant?Plant collection is available every Tuesday and Thursday at Crick Road, Sans Souci, Castries from 9am to 4pm. Provide the attendant with your name and a copy of your receipt so we can quickly and accurately reference your plant. (You can just show the receipt on your phone.)

What is your Collections & Return Policy?At Greenhouse Plant Cafe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your plant purchase upon collection, please indicate your desire to initiate a return or exchange. Refunds are subject to any banking fees. Please ensure that you collect your plant purchase within 2 pick up days of placing your order. We do not accept returns on live plants that have been replanted or damaged due to improper care.

Do you have a plant store location?We're excited to one day open our doors to welcome you to our plant shop, however, at this time, we do not have a location for our customers to browse. Please take a look at our online shop gallery or social media platforms for available plants.

Can I pre-order plants?Some of our plants are available for pre-order. If possible, the option for "Pre-Order" will be available on the product description page.
