TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Acceptance of Terms: By placing an order with Greenhouse Plant Cafe, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be subject to change, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review them regularly.

2. Product Information: We strive to provide accurate and detailed information about our plants, including care instructions and size. However, variations in appearance may occur due to natural factors.

3. Pricing: All prices are listed in Eastern Caribbean (XCD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or any additional costs.

4. Ordering Process: To place an order, customers must follow the instructions on our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason.

5. Payment: We accept PayPal. Payment must be received in full and not inclusive of PayPal processing fees, before orders are processed. Greenhouse Plant Cafe takes measures to ensure the security of your payment information.

6. Collection: Collection days are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at the location provide on our website.  Plants must be collected within two (2) weeks of sale. Plants not collected will be refund 80% the cost of the plant and less processing fees.  If you have made a purchase on a collection day, your item will be ready for pick up on the following pick up date.  

7. Returns and Exchanges: Exchanges and returns are accepted if you are not satisfied with your plant at the time of pick up.  Online processing fees will apply.  

8. Cancellations: Order cancellations are accepted within twenty four (24) hours of placing the order. A cancellation fee may apply. Online processing fees will apply.  Cancellations outside of the twenty-four hour period but with two weeks of collection will be refund 80% the cost of the plant and less processing fees.

9. Privacy Policy: Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent.

10. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including selected images and text, is the property of Greenhouse Plant Cafe. Use of our intellectual property without permission is prohibited.

11. Liability: Greenhouse Plant Cafe is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or purchase of our products. Customers assume all risks associated with the use of our plants.

12. Force Majeure: Greenhouse Plant Cafe is not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

13. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Saint Lucia.
